I want to complaint about a comment or content

If you believe a user is violating our terms of use, you may flag the content as abusive or inappropriate. We will investigate promptly. ContainU may delete at its sole discretion without prior notification any content judged inadequate or in violation of our terms of use, or terminate the account of the responsible member.

I want to sue ContainU

We are a third party and we cannot be held responsible for clashes between individuals or for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of ContainU.

ContainU is not responsible or liable in any way for any user content posted on the site or in connection with the service. Although we provide rules for user conduct and postings, we cannot control entirely and are not responsible for what users post, transmit on the site and are not responsible for any offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise improper content you may encounter on the site.

ContainU takes every inappropriate behaviour seriously (pornography, harassment, threats) and will contact the authorities in your jurisdiction, sending them your IP address and Internet connection information.
